Terms of Use
Effective 3 October 2026
In short: Kidsnooze plays bedtime stories and sleep sounds. Some content needs Premium: a subscription, which Apple or Google Play bills and renews until you cancel, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The content is for personal use at home. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Aldina Rondić, a private individual in Serbia (“we”, “us”), for the Kidsnooze app and its content (“the service”). By using the app you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. The service
Kidsnooze offers bedtime stories and white noise, a sleep timer, and transitions from a story into white noise. Content is streamed from our server, so most features need an internet connection. Free content is available to everyone; content marked Premium requires Premium (an active subscription or lifetime access).
We add, change and remove stories over time. We don’t guarantee that any particular story stays available, or that the service is uninterrupted.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime access
In the App Store (iPhone, iPad)
- Plans: Kidsnooze Premium is offered monthly and yearly. The current price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Lifetime access: a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as we run the service. It is not a subscription: it never renews and is charged only once. “Lifetime” means the life of the service, not of the buyer or the device — section 8 says what happens if the service ends. Refunds and restoring work as described below.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, at any time. Premium stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: handled by Apple under its policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, premium access ends.
- Restore: on a new or reset iPhone, tap Restore purchases in the app.
- Price changes: Apple informs you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
In Google Play (Android)
- Plans: Kidsnooze Premium is offered monthly and yearly. The current price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Lifetime access: a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as we run the service. It is not a subscription: it never renews and is charged only once. “Lifetime” means the life of the service, not of the buyer or the device — section 8 says what happens if the service ends. Refunds and restoring work as described below.
- Payment: charged to the payment method in your Google account when you confirm the purchase in Google Play.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews for the same period and price unless you cancel before the current period ends.
- Cancelling: in the Google Play app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in Kidsnooze under Settings → Manage subscription, at any time. Premium stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: handled by Google Play under its policies — see support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. If a purchase is refunded, premium access ends.
- Restore: on a new or reset phone, use the same Google account in Google Play. Kidsnooze finds your purchase by itself; if it doesn’t, tap Settings → Restore purchases.
- Price changes: Google Play informs you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
4. Your licence to the content
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and listen to its content for private, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control (on Apple devices, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules). You may not copy, record, download outside the app, redistribute, publicly perform, sell or broadcast the stories, sounds or images, or try to get around premium access.
All content, including stories, recordings, illustrations and the Kidsnooze name, belongs to us or our licensors.
5. Safe use at bedtime
Kidsnooze is an aid for relaxing, not a medical device, and doesn’t diagnose or treat any sleep condition. Keep the phone and cables out of the child’s bed and reach, and play sound at a gentle volume, at a distance from the child. Always follow your paediatrician’s advice and safe sleep guidance.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no interfering with or overloading the server, no reverse engineering except where the law allows it, and no using the app to break the law.
7. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by your connection, device or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms, and we may shut down the service permanently. If the service shuts down, Premium ends with it, including lifetime access.
9. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product claims, including claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or third-party intellectual property claims. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are between you and us, not Google. Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the app, its content or its support.
10. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may bring claims where you live. Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by e-mail.
12. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when features change. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, announce them on kidsnooze.com before they apply to you.
